This winter, the second location of acclaimed Manhattan restaurant Quality Meats opened in a historic Art Deco hotel in the heart of South Beach. It is the first venture outside of New York City for Fourth Wall Restaurants, the group founded seven years ago by father‑son team Alan and Michael Stillman.
